At GoldCrudeResearch we believe in providing the best of services, and respect our customers’ need to feel reassured of the value delivered for their subscriptions. Likewise, we also believe that it is only fair to expect our customers to try us only when they are conscious about their intention to trade in forex, commodities and indices.

Thus, we provide short-duration paid trials for all our subscription packages that will give you a feel for the kind of signals you get, the value we deliver and whether you can consider it worth the fee. Hence, we offer no refunds on any of our subscription packages except the high-value Premium Superior and Premium Tycoon packages.

Why don’t you offer refunds?

For all other customers, read below:

  • Our calls give you information that you can use or let go – your letting go of an opportunity could be because of your physical, or financial inability to make the investment at the right time and thus, we are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or loss of investments due to your action or inaction.
  • There are multiple brokers that offer trading platforms for commodities, forex, and indices, and we do ensure we have absolutely no control or interest in how our customer's trade, as we would like them to be in complete and absolute control. Thus it is impossible for us to verify if customers have made any investments based on our calls.
  • Lastly, speculative investments are risky and it requires a significant amount of psychological and emotional strength alongside analytical abilities. While many investors have the intellectual capabilities required by a trader, often it is their emotions that get in the way of their profits. As we are emphatically in favor of investors being in control, we cannot help investors in times of emotional distress caused by their speculations. We diligently follow up trade opportunities with stop-loss and hold or book profit updates to make decision-making easier and faster, but we cannot force customers to take any decision.

Given the above reasoning, we have structured our offering as a “fee for service” with no bearing on the outcome. We require our customers to be aware and responsible for their investments and our services. We thus do not offer any refunds. We always recommend customers to subscribe to our paid trial before committing to a package.

Refund on Premium Superior

Before we tell you about the refund policy, we’d like share knowledge gained from previous subscribers who’ve cancelled, only to re-subscribe.

We urge you to try out all the features of the Superior package and proactively get in touch with us to help you understand why it costs as much. The package is so full of features that most of our subscribers have written to us weeks, and sometimes months after they have subscribed, asking about a feature that they have not used.

We also request you to arrange your trading accounts and ensure you have adequate capital for trading as well as margin monies before you begin your Premium subscription. This will ensure that you don’t miss out on any of the opportunities.

Having said that, we respect the fact that there is a significant risk in your subscribing to such a high-value package. Hence, we offer a 10-day no-questions-asked refund on the Premium Superior package. When you subscribe to our services, you understand and accept that the primary quality required of those dabbling with investments and trading is due diligence - This refund is available only if you write to us 24 hours prior to the expiry of the 10-day period.

Please note that this period is 10 calendar days and not business days. For example, if your subscription is activated on the 10th of March, 2017 at 00:00 hrs, you can claim a refund only until the 18th of March, 2017 23:59, as we would require your refund request in writing to be sent to us 24 hours before expiry.

We also request you to note that non-utilization of services, even when backed by evidence is not a justification for extension of the trial period, or refund beyond the 10-day trial period.

Refund on Premium Tycoon

The Tycoon package is true to its name in every aspect of its features – and we’d like to let you know that we have seen many customers downgrade their subscriptions after the trial, and then ask for more features, ultimately re-subscribing to the Premium features, some the superior, and many others, back to Tycoon.

The Tycoon package opens the flood gates of our services and requires a significant amount of time and effort to experience each of its features. We strongly recommend that you speak with us, so we can guide you the prerequisites to fully utilizing the features of the Premium Tycoon. As is the case with the Superior package, we say this because there are really a lot of features that you may not be aware of, and will require a little guided tour of sorts. We are here to provide you with every assistance you need – but we respect you to be a careful and diligent investor who asks questions and for help when in need.

That said, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked refund on Premium Tycoon subscriptions. Please note that this period is 15 calendar days and not business days. For example, if your subscription is activated on the 10th of March, 2017 at 00:00 hrs, you can claim a refund only until the 23rd of March, 2017 23:59, as we would require your refund request in writing to be sent to us 24 hours before expiry.

We also request you to note that non-utilization of services, even when backed by evidence is not a justification for extension of the trial period, or refund beyond the 10-day trial period.
